How to buy ?

To buy in our store is very easy:

Just navigate between the different product pages (categories, news, offers, highlights) and click on the Add Cart icon. After that, the product will be added to your shopping cart.

Continue browsing our website until you have chosen all the products you wish to purchase. Now just click on the Payment link and you will be completing your purchase.

Now enter your data. After that, choose the way to send the product. We work with shipping via Mail / Carrier. You can choose one of the modalities presented, according to what seems more convenient to you.

Freight / Shipping

All products will be shipped according to the method chosen by the customer, or in a better term, orders will be posted to the carrier within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

The deadline for delivery varies according to the Carrier and the Address / CEP and the chosen shipping method and is not the responsibility of Menina Beauty, since the delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

The Tracking Code for your order will be updated directly at the customer center. The follow-up must be done through the transporter's website, using the code informed in the customer's central.

In the event of non-delivery of your purchase due to an INCORRECT/INEXISTENT/INCOMPLETE address or WAITING FOR PICK-UP and the customer does not rectify to pick up the order at the Post Office or JadLog, the product will be subject to return to the sender (return the store), and the customer is fully responsible for a new freight payment for the product to be resent. To avoid this type of situation, we ask that the customer carefully fill in their delivery details and follow up their order using the tracking code informed when the product was posted.

If the customer does not want to pay the freight for the product to be sent again, the product will be subject to non-reshipment. In this case, Menina Beauty will refund the value of the product. The shipping cost will not be included in the refund.
Exchange / Return Policy
- Product with defect or malfunction or different from the one chosen on the site.

Following the rules of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to exchange the product within a period of up to 07 (seven) days after receiving the product with a defect or malfunction, requesting this action in our Relationship Center via WhatsApp (11) 95322-6303.

Inform the following data entered at the time of registration and purchase: the name under which the registration was made, value, order number, in addition to informing the identified defect.

Menina Beauty points out that reversals in general will be made within 07 (seven) calendar days from the arrival of the returned merchandise at the Store.

If the purchase was allowed the Free Shipping option and the customer chose this option website or whatsapp or instagram, if he needs to exchange or return the product, the Shipping will be the responsibility of the Customer, who can look for private shipping or contract Shipping options from our partners. We will not issue refunds in the following cases:

If the product is returned, the refund will only be for the amount paid for the product, excluding the shipping cost from this refund. The return of the amount will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, that is, if the purchase was made by Credit Card, a chargeback will be made on the Credit Card or if it was made via PIX, the chargeback will be made via PIX.
- Exchange for Size / Color / Another Product

After contacting us, the product must be sent to our store, still containing its label. Any indication of use or damage to the product will cause the cancellation of the exchange.

We emphasize that it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the difference in value if the new part exceeds the amount paid at the time of purchase. If the value of the new piece is lower than the amount paid at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to return the remaining amount or convert it into credits, which can be used in future purchases. Menina Beauty adopts the policy of not carrying out the exchange of products purchased in Mega Promotion or Promotion or Liquidations or Black Beauty in the store, as these products are subject to depletion of stock.
